Begin your day at Fairview Wine and Cheese Farm in Paarl, a leading destination known for its innovative wine and cheese pairings and panoramic vineyard views. Fairview is widely recognised for its excellence in winemaking, including Fairview Cyril Back 2020 being named Wine of the Year in the Red Blends category in the Platter’s South African Wine Guide 2024, along with multiple 5-Star ratings. A highlight of the estate is the famous Goat Tower, home to its iconic goats and one of the most photographed landmarks in the Cape Winelands.

Continue to Lanzerac Wine Estate in the scenic Jonkershoek Valley, Stellenbosch. Surrounded by dramatic mountains and elegant Cape Dutch architecture, Lanzerac is historically significant as the birthplace of the world’s first commercially bottled Pinotage. The estate has also earned recognition at respected competitions such as the SA Terroir Wine Awards and the Merit Wine & Spirit Challenge, reflecting its long-standing commitment to quality and craftsmanship. The final stop is Vredenheim Wine Estate, one of Stellenbosch’s oldest wine farms, established in 1691.
