Learn to cook traditional Albanian dishes with a local chef in Durrës. Visit the city Fresh Market, then head to the studio to make and ejoy local dishes with new friends from around the world.
Meet your guide at the city Fresh Market and walk around to see how locals buy produce. Then, head to the studio to make 4 local dishes: japrak (stuffed grape leaves), férgesë (a cheesy sauteed veggie dish), specatë mbushur (stuffed peppers), and kekë me frutatëthare (not your grandmother's fruit cake, our grandmother's fruit cake).
Learn about the culture and history of dishes in Albania, meet locals and other travelers, and experience Albanian hospitality. Finally, enjoy the meal you created with your new friends from around the world. Bring home a souvenir made in Albania from our selection of locally made crafts.

Classes are available Monday through Friday
Two classes per day: 10am-2pm and 4pm-8pm

Sign in with Chef Erti or Sous Chef Nicole who will be holding the Cooking with Erti logo. Meet the group at the entrance on Prokop Sorra.
