Experience Munich’s legendary Oktoberfest with a professional local guide and discover the history, traditions, and atmosphere behind the world’s largest folk festival.
Meet your guide and other guests infront of Hotel Senator. Together you will explore the festival grounds, hear entertaining stories about Oktoberfest and Bavarian culture, and learn about the traditions, beer, food, and customs that make the Wiesn so unique.
Along the way, you will step inside some of Oktoberfest’s iconic beer tents whenever access and crowd conditions allow. Discover what makes each tent special, from the traditional wooden beer barrels at Augustiner to the international atmosphere of Hofbräu, and learn how to enjoy Oktoberfest like a local.
Once you've worked up an appetite, you will head to the legendary Schottenhamel Festhalle where a reserved table awaits your group. Enjoy a traditional Bavarian lunch and one liter of Oktoberfest beer while soaking up the lively atmosphere with your guide and fellow travelers from around the world.
The 3-hour experience includes a professional local guide, walking tour of the festival grounds, visits to iconic beer tents, reserved seating at Schottenhamel, Bavarian food, and one liter of Oktoberfest beer.
We are officially licensed and certified guides from the city of Munich with in depth knowledge and many years of guiding experience.

The Oktoberfest is a crowded event, be prepared for large crowds.
Wear comfortable shoes as there will some walking.
The event is held partially outdoors, so dress according to the weather.

If you'd like to take part in the tour and don't drink alcohol, please let us know ahead of time (of course, that is not a problem)
