Exclusive guided tour through a private vintage car collection. German and international historic cars and motorcycles lined by many more small everyday life exhibits from the 1910s to the 1990s.
This entertaining tour will guide you exclusively through the private collection of franconian born entrepreneur Claus Merk. He and his family started collecting cars in the 1970s and in 2011 they founded Merks Motor Museum. The collections includes circa 130 vintage cars and over 150 motorcycles. The pieces range from the 1910s to the1990s.
The cars are from German and internationals brands like Mercedes, BMW, Porsche or Ferrari, Bentley, Saab - just to name a few. All of the presented motorcycles were produced by former Nuremberg manufacturers like Hercules, Victoria, Triumph etc. These main exhibits are embedded within a colorful mixt of nostalgic everyday objects - truly a throwback paradise. You will discover telephones, radios, stationery, typewriters, gingerbread cans and much more!
