At this Wagyu and Angus steak tasting, you’ll delve deep into the world of exceptional steak quality. You will taste several premium steaks with different marbling and learn firsthand from meat specialists how to recognize truly exceptional quality.
A particular focus will be on the origin of the animals. Many of the cattle come from local farmers, some of whom are only a few kilometers away. You will learn how animals are selected, why marbling is crucial, and why only a small percentage of cattle actually achieve the quality required for exceptional steaks.
