Welcome to Historic Rivermill, your perfect getaway for a day filled with animal encounters and delightful activities. Just 30 minutes from the Gold Coast and an hour from Brisbane, our picturesque location offers the ideal blend of relaxation and adventure.
Start your day by arriving at the Historic Rivermill cafe, where you'll meet your horse riding guide. Please arrive at least 10 minutes earlier. Enjoy 25 minutes of engaging horse riding lessons, perfect for all levels of experience, whether you're a beginner or an experienced rider. (Please note, the minimum age for horse riding is 7 years.)
After your riding lessons, it's time to meet our furry friends! Spend time at your own pace, interacting with our friendly alpacas, deer, and the resident turtles of the Coomera River. It's a heartwarming experience that animal lovers of all ages will enjoy.
After all the fun, unwind with a scrumptious breakfast in our cozy cafe, offering a stunning Riverview. Enjoy warm, freshly-baked scones with a selection of homemade jams, rich lemon curd, and a variety of teas. Our cafe is the perfect spot to relax and reflect on your morning’s adventures.
