Again, one of the world’s most iconic opera houses — the Vienna State Opera — sets the stage for a truly one-of-a-kind symphonic rock spectacle. Presented exclusively on just two evenings each August, this extraordinary event transforms the monumental opera house into a meeting point of rock energy and grand orchestral sound.
Since its premiere in 2015, the production has achieved cult status among audiences across Europe, captivating fans with its unique fusion of classical grandeur and legendary rock music.
Conductor Friedemann Riehle, in collaboration with classical composers and alongside the renowned Prague Philharmonic Orchestra, has created authentic and powerful new arrangements that preserve the genius of the original works while enriching them with the magnificent, colorful sound of one of Europe’s leading orchestras.
A cast of exceptional vocalists together with outstanding rock musicians on drums and guitars guarantees an unforgettable night filled with passion, intensity, and musical brilliance.
