Upon arrival at the meeting point, you will be welcomed by the staff, meet the other participants, and take part in a brief presentation about the activity.
Before entering the sea, we will do a light warm-up and explain how to use the board, the basic paddling technique, the correct use of the gear, and all the safety guidelines. Even those who have never tried stand-up paddleboarding will be able to participate with ease.
All participants wear a life jacket and are accompanied by an instructor throughout the entire tour.
The activity is designed so that you can enjoy the tour safely, comfortably, and at your own pace, making it ideal for beginners, couples, families, groups of friends, and solo travelers.
As the sky begins to take on golden and orange tones, we will start paddling towards the best spot to watch the sunrise. The morning light completely transforms the landscape, creating a perfect setting to enjoy the city from a perspective that few visitors have the opportunity to experience.
During the tour, you will be able to admire the Copacabana waterfront, Arpoador, the Copacabana Fort and Sugarloaf Mountain reflected on the sea.
