Make a Korean-style rice pizza topped with bulgogi and vegetables, or learn how to prepare traditional Gimbugak, a crispy seaweed snack.

If you choose the rice pizza option, start with Korean rice and Gijang kelp instead of standard pizza dough. Learn how these ingredients come together as the base of a creative fusion dish, then decorate your pizza with toppings such as bulgogi, mozzarella cheese, bell peppers, and corn. This option combines familiar pizza elements with ingredients closely connected to Korean food culture and the local identity of Gijang.
