Meet your local host at Busan Station and head to Choryang Traditional Market to shop for fresh ingredients. Pick the vegetables, smell the doenjang, and taste something unexpected along the way.
Then, take the local bus up the hillside to the Busan Social Kitchen, a cozy space where you can cook, eat, and talk like you've known each other for years.
Prepare 2-4 authentic Korean home dishes, such as spicy pork stir-fry, Korean egg rolls, soybean paste stew, braised spicy chicken, green onion pancakes, and steamed egg.
Every dish has a Hero Moment: flip it, roll it, season it, or stir it. At the end, put everything on one table and eat together, Korean family-style, with Makgeolli.
