Embark on an immersive culinary journey through Jeju Island with a certified chef and expert local guide! "Cook, Taste & Harvest" is designed for travelers who want to experience the authentic flavors, culture, and rich heritage of Jeju beyond the usual tourist routes.

Explore a Vibrant Local Market
Our day begins at one of Jeju’s liveliest traditional markets. As we walk through the bustling stalls, you will discover unique seasonal produce, fresh seafood, and traditional island ingredients. While we soak in the vibrant atmosphere, you will learn about Jeju's food culture and sample some of my favorite local street snacks along the way.

Hands-On Cooking Class with a Certified Chef
Next, we transfer to a private, dedicated culinary studio for an exclusive cooking class. With fresh, pre-prepared ingredients waiting for you, I will guide you step-by-step in creating an authentic Korean or traditional Jeju-style meal. As a certified Western cuisine chef, I bridge the gap between food cultures—explaining local spices, sauces, and cooking techniques in a clear and engaging way. Once the cooking is complete, sit down and enjoy a deeply rewarding lunch made by your own hands.

Seasonal Local Heritage Experience
In the afternoon, we dive deeper into Jeju’s natural and cultural roots with a special activity tailored to the season:
• Autumn/Winter: Enjoy picking sweet, juicy tangerines at a local orchard.
• Spring/Summer: Relax with a premium green tea tasting session at a tranquil tea plantation.
• Year-Round: Visit a traditional Korean brewery to tour the facility and sample locally crafted drinks.

Whether you are a food enthusiast or a curious explorer trying Korean cuisine for the first time, this full-day adventure offers a perfect blend of tasting, cooking, and cultural discovery!
