We will navigate in real sea kayaks and explore a picturesque landscape characterized by the presence of the famous Trabocchi and coves with crystal-clear water that can only be reached by sea
The “Il Cavalluccio” excursion will allow us to see the Trabocchi Coast from an unusual perspective. We will have the opportunity to kayak under the supporting structures of the most beautiful trabocchi along the entire stretch of the coast and swim in small, wonderful inlets.
We will sail north and on our route we will immediately come across the Trabocco Punta Rocciosa and the small beach of Fuggitella. We will navigate among natural cliffs, in shallow and clear waters, passing under the Trabocco Pesce Palombo and the Trabocco Punta Punciosa, up to Punta Cavalluccio, which is home to the Trabocco of the same name. Continuing on, we will reach the Trabocco Spezzacatena and then the Trabocco Punta Torre, which is surrounded by rocks that have emerged from the sea, forming a natural pool where we will have the opportunity to swim.
We will offer assistance and support throughout the excursion, and before setting off, we will hold a briefing in which we will explain the basic paddling techniques for steering a kayak independently and safely.

INFORMATION IMPORTANTE

The meeting point is located at the Stazione Beach restaurant in Fossacesia Marina. Parking is recommended at the nearby parking lot of the old train station, from there it is necessary to walk about 250 meters along the bike path that runs alongside it. The guide will be wearing clothing with the association's logo.
INCLUS
  • All participants will be provided with kayaks, paddles, and life jackets.
  • Single and double kayaks are available. The Association is solely responsible for assigning kayaks based on the number, age (children aged 6-13 go in double kayaks accompanied by an adult), and height of the participants.
  • All our gear is new and high-quality.
  • Valuables such as keys, mobile phones, and wallets will be kept in drybags.
  • Insurance is included.

  • It is recommended that participants bring the following items:
  • water in a plastic bottle or water flask
  • sunglasses (a cord or security strap is recommended)
  • T-shirt (light color and Lycra fabric recommended)

  • a beach towel (microfiber recommended)
  • sunscreen
  • The use of anti-nausea medication is recommended for those suffering from naupathia (seasickness), to be taken before the start of the excursion
