Meet at the Backyard Boil Trailer, featuring wrap-around bar seating and shade coverings. Begin by learning about the shrimping industry and its impact on the area from Captain Bryan, a lifelong local. Then, prepare a local shrimp ceviche using fresh, local ingredients.

Next, participate in a shrimp peeling competition to learn how to peel shrimp effectively. Once the ceviche is finished as an appetizer, start the Lowcountry Boil. Learn about Captain Bryan’s family recipe and secret ingredients, and discover the proper timing for adding various items.

Once finished, enjoy your meal with sunset views of the most famous creek in Charleston.

Look for the gravel path at 248 Magwood Lane. Continue down the path until you see the "Backyard Boil" Trailer. Please park along the right side of the gravel path (parallel). Call if any questions.
