Guests must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled tour time.
For the best directions, please enter our address into your GPS: 2001 E Southport Rd, Kissimmee, Florida (searching our name may not always bring you to the right spot).
When You Arrive
Your Captain may be out on the water with another tour. No worries—here’s what to do:
Walk along the restaurant sidewalk (to the left of the building) and check in at the ticket booth.
Head through the park gate.
While you wait, you’re welcome to visit the alligator pond or relax at the dock picnic area.
Your Captain will personally announce when it’s time to board your airboat!
What to Bring Along
Comfortable clothing, sunscreen, and sunglasses will help you enjoy the ride.
It feels about 10° cooler on the water, so we suggest bringing a light layer during cooler weather.
