Cruise Casco Bay aboard a Maine-built 1998 Sabre 36 Express for a fully private lighthouse tour — just your group and a USCG-licensed captain. Casco Bay Legacy Charters is a small, family-run operation, and every charter is 100% private: your boat is never shared with other guests or combined with another booking.

Your captain and first mate handle all the boating so you can relax and take in the sights. Depending on your route, you'll see some of Casco Bay's most iconic landmarks: Portland Head Light, Bug Light, Fort Gorges and Fort Scammel, Spring Point Ledge Light, Ram Island Ledge Light, and Cape Elizabeth Light. Tell your captain which lighthouses you'd most like to see and they'll build the route around it — this is your charter, not a fixed itinerary.

Light snacks, soft drinks, and a cooler are included, and you're welcome to bring your own food, drinks, wine, or champagne. Charters run May through October. Choose a 2-hour or 4-hour charter for up to 6 guests, departing from one of several convenient Portland waterfront locations.

INFORMATION IMPORTANTE
Please arrive about 10 minutes before departure to check in. Recommended: layers, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a light jacket or windbreaker — even warm days can feel cool out on the water.
Meet at SouthPort Marine. Street parking is available on A Street and B Street near the marina — please avoid the no-parking (red) zone on B Street near the Anchorage Place condos. Walk to the end of B Street; the dock gate is locked and our staff will meet you there (wheeled dock carts available).
