Step through the doors of Domaine Champagne Augustin in Avenay-Val-d'Or for an off-the-beaten-path wine tourism experience, focused on the harmony between plants, the cosmos and humans.
Throughout the tour, explore our holistic approach to the vine and wine. Far from standardized industrial tours, your guide will reveal the foundations of biodynamics: the use of herbal teas, working in tune with the lunar cycles, and the dynamization of energies. You will discover our unique winery, where ageing in oak barrels and terracotta jars respects the natural breathing of the wine.
The experience continues with a comparative tasting of highly expressive champagnes. Guided step by step through visual, olfactory and gustatory analysis, you will decipher the minerality, tension and texture of authentic, unfiltered cuvées, produced with absolute respect for the raw material. A special opportunity for discussion for discerning and curious connoisseurs in search of meaning.

The winery is located in Avenay-Val-d'Or, about a 10-minute drive from Épernay and 30 minutes from Reims. Free parking is available on site
If you are coming by train (TER Avenay stop), allow 5 to 10 minutes on foot to reach the estate.
As taxis and private hire vehicles are very difficult to find on the spur of the moment in the vineyards, it is essential to book your journeys in advance.
Alcohol tasting is only available for those aged 18 and over. Non-alcoholic alternatives (fruit juice or mineral water) are served to participants under 18.
For strict hygiene reasons related to wine production and biodynamics, pets are not allowed in the cellars and the vat room
