Experience an open-water freediving session in the clear waters off the coast of Bastia and develop your skills in the Mediterranean Sea. This intermediate-level session is designed for recreational freedivers, regular trainees, and experienced divers—including competitors—who want dedicated practice in a supervised sea environment.Meet at the Old Port of Bastia (Vieux Port de Bastia) and board the boat for a short transfer of around 10 minutes to reach the freediving site. Once at sea, you’ll take part in a structured session focused on comfort, safety, and progression. Work on key freediving fundamentals such as relaxation and breathing preparation, equalization, and targeted technique. You’ll also have the chance to complete multiple descents and train depth progression in real open-water conditions.The training depth is decided together with the freedivers, allowing the session to be adapted to the group’s level and goals on the day. Depending on the option selected, you can join with or without coaching, and a higher-tier option includes all equipment for additional convenience. Whether you’re training for competition or building confidence for deeper dives, the instructor ensures a supportive setup focused on controlled practice and safe development.After your time in the water, return by boat to Bastia to complete approximately 3 hours 30 minutes dedicated to open-water freediving and deep practice in Corsica.
