Passenger Health Conditions
Any specific health condition must be declared at the time of booking.
Pregnant women are not allowed to travel on our rigid inflatable boats (RIBs).
Any passenger with a disability, known health issue, or physical condition incompatible with the proposed excursion (e.g. back problems, reduced mobility, severe disabilities, heart conditions, etc.) must inform the company at the time of booking.
For safety reasons, children under the age of 6 are not permitted on our RIBs.
If no declaration is made during the booking process, the captain reserves the right to deny boarding, and no refund of any kind will be issued to the passenger refused.

Si vous l'annulez après les heures d'annulation ou si vous ne vous présentez pas à l'excursion, le prix total de l'activité vous sera toujours facturé. Tout retard à la prise en charge ou au départ sera considéré comme un retard.
