Begin your day with a pickup in Tbilisi and head first to the ancient capital of Mtskheta, one of the oldest cities in Georgia and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Explore its historic streets and visit the iconic Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, a masterpiece of Georgian religious architecture and an important spiritual center.

Then continue up the hill to the stunning Jvari Monastery, offering breathtaking panoramic views over the confluence of the Aragvi and Mtkvari rivers and the entire town of Mtskheta. This viewpoint is one of the most photographed landscapes in Georgia and a perfect introduction to the country’s history and nature.

After visiting Mtskheta and Jvari, set off toward Kakheti, Georgia’s famous wine region, in a comfortable Mercedes Sprinter with a professional English-speaking guide who will accompany you throughout the day, sharing stories, history, and local insights.

Make your first Kakhetian stop in the village of Manavi for a traditional wine tasting. Continue to Badiauri, where you will take part in a Georgian bread baking masterclass and learn how traditional “shotis puri” is made in a clay oven.
