Join a gluten-free pasta-making class in Florence and learn to make pasta by hand, just like your grandmother used to. Enjoy unlimited Tuscan wine as you master the art of making three different types of pasta: ravioli, tortellini, and pappardelle.
Learn to master your rolling pin skills under the charismatic guidance of a fun master chef, who is also a certified tour guide with a wealth of historical knowledge.
At the end of the class, cook and eat everything you’ve prepared with the other guests, savoring the fruits of your labor in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

The class takes place in the heart of Florence, in San Lorenzo neighborhood.
You will learn to make famous pasta shapes such as ravioli, tortellini or strozzapreti and pappardelle.
You can invent new pasta shapes if you want.
The class lasts for 3 hours.
In a fantastic Volta Room of Year 1309 belonging to the Nuns of San Lorenzo Church, first Cathedral of Florence in year 250ad.
