．When boarding, you can use the QR code displayed on your device to board and exit through the dedicated ticket gate. Screenshots of QR codes are not accepted.
．When using the bus, please activate your ticket when you board the bus and show your E-ticket to the driver when you get off the bus.
．The Koyasan bus pass is valid for two consecutive days from its first use.
．Reservations are limited to 1 person per reservation.
．It is recommended to use iOS 15+ or Android 10.0+ (with the latest version of browser) when accessing e-tickets.
．Once you have started using a ticket, no refunds can issued for any reason.
．Please use the dedicated ticket gate for E-tickets. It is not compatible with stations or gates without dedicated ticket gates.
．After exit at any station, the ticket cannot use for re-entry.
．If you want to take a reserved seat on the train, please purchase a separate limited express or reserved seat ticket.
From Namba Station, Shin-Imamiya Station, and Tengachaya Station to Koyasan Station
① During the cable car suspension period, substitute bus service will be provided between Hashimoto Station and Koyasan Station.
Customers traveling to Koyasan are requested to use the substitute bus service from Hashimoto Station.
② All “Limited Express Koya” trains will be suspended during the cable car suspension period.
