Start your morning surrounded by wings. You'll spend three hours at close range, watching them hover inches away as they feed from garden blooms and specially designed nectar stations. From there, we head to the colonial village of Guatavita for lunch at Embajada Criolla, a beloved local restaurant known for its traditional Cundinamarcan cuisine — the kind of honest, hearty Colombian cooking that doesn't make it onto any tourist menu.
