Description
Explore Boka Bay with Luka and his local professional team, on the route we would show to our own friends. Swim in the Blue Cave, enjoy stories, music, sea views, and real local energy.
Start your trip from Kotor and discover Boka Bay from the best possible side, the sea. This is a relaxed small-group speedboat tour made for guests who want to see famous places, enjoy swimming, hear local stories, and feel the real atmosphere of the bay.
Fun fact: The owner and skipper of this tour is Luka, a licensed skipper, professional volleyball player, and captain of Montenegro’s national volleyball team. For the last 10 years, boat tours have been his passion during the volleyball off-season. Every summer, he returns to the sea and spends his time showing guests the beauty of Boka Bay. For him, this is not just a job, but something he does with real love for the sea, people, and the place he comes from.
This is a small-group experience with a maximum of 8 guests, so the tour feels more personal, comfortable, and relaxed. Luka and the crew will do their best to make every guest feel safe, welcome, and included from the moment they step on board.
You will travel on a new Atlantic Marine 670 speedboat, with comfortable seats, music on board, a sunshade for protection from the sun, and enough space to enjoy the ride.
After leaving Kotor, the bay slowly opens in front of you. From the sea, you will see the Old Town walls, high mountains, stone houses, small churches, and coastal villages like Dobrota, Muo, Prčanj, and Stoliv. Boka Bay looks completely different from the water, and this is one of the most beautiful parts of the experience.
The first stop is Perast, one of the most charming old towns in Montenegro. You will have time to walk around, take photos, and enjoy the peaceful seaside atmosphere. After that, you will visit Our Lady of the Rocks, the famous island made by local seafarers over hundreds of years.
The ride continues through the Verige passage, one of the most scenic parts of the bay. Along the way, your skipper may share local stories about the area, old captains, maritime tradition, and places that many visitors do not notice from land.
Next, you will enter one of the old submarine tunnels built during the time of former Yugoslavia. This part of the tour gives a special feeling, because the tunnel is hidden inside the rocks and shows a completely different side of the bay.
After that, the ride continues toward the open sea and Mamula Island, known for its strong 19th-century fortress and interesting history. From the boat, you will enjoy views of the entrance of Boka Bay, the open Adriatic Sea, and the wild coast of the Luštica peninsula.
The main highlight of the tour is the Blue Cave. Here you will have time for swimming, relaxing, and taking photos in clear blue water. The sunlight inside the cave creates a special blue color, and this is usually one of the moments guests remember the most.
On the way back to Kotor, indulge in music, a drink of your choice and beautiful views. This is an opportunity to recharge your batteries and return to your home with an unforgettable experience. We promise you that.
