Excluding Korean public holidays.
Barcodes are sent sequentially after your reservation is confirmed, so immediate or instant delivery is not available.
Therefore, same-day or last-minute bookings may not be available for use immediately after purchase.
We strongly recommend purchasing your ticket at least 3 business days before your intended visit date to allow sufficient time for barcode delivery.

Partial refunds for the Skywalk are not available. No refund will be provided even if the Skywalk is inaccessible due to snow, rain, strong winds, or maintenance work.

The cable car may be closed due to strong winds on the day of your visit.
The schedule may be subject to change depending on weather conditions.
Each cable car cabin accommodates up to 8 passengers. Depending on the waiting situation, members of the same group may be asked to board separately.
Altitude: 1,458 m / Round-trip distance: 7.4 km (approximately 40 minutes)
Child: Ages 36 months to elementary school students (under 13 years old)
No food or beverages are allowed.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the cable car cabins and the entire Mt. Balwangsan area.

-Additional Information for Skywalk
[Winter Season] Alpine snowboard boots and ski boots are not allowed. Ski/snowboard equipment is also prohibited.

Access may be restricted due to snow, rain, strong winds, or maintenance work.
No food or beverages are allowed.
High heels are not permitted.
Pets are not permitted.

Balwangsan Cable Car
-Korea's longest sightseeing cable car (7.4 km round trip)
-100 eight-passenger cabins
-Reaches the 1,458 m summit of Balwangsan, the 12th highest mountain in Korea
-The distance is 3.7 km one way and 7.4 km round trip, and it takes about 18 minutes one way.
-Each cabin has a maximum capacity of 8 people, and depending on the waiting situation, all passengers will board regardless of group distinctions.

Location
Boarding area next to the ticket office on the 2nd floor of Dragon Plaza
Staff will scan and verify your barcode at the boarding entrance before boarding.
No physical ticket exchange is required. Simply present your barcode for entry.
