Your evening begins with a comfortable hotel pickup and transfer to Bhojan Griha, a beautifully restored 150-year-old heritage building once home to the Royal Priest of the King of Nepal. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed into a traditional setting and served a selection of authentic Nepali starters, including Bhuteko Makai (Pot Baked Corn), Aloo Tareko (Potatoes Fried Nepali Style), and Momocha ( Meat Filled Dumplings), followed by Kwatti ko Surwa (Mixed Vegetables Soup). The main course features Sada Bhuja (Steamed White Rice), Jhaneko Mas Ko Dal (Split Black Lentils Flavoured With Jimmu), Khashi Ko Masu (Mutton Curry), Kukhura ko Mashu (Chicken Curry), and seasonal vegetables. As you dine, enjoy a vibrant live cultural show with traditional Nepali music and folk dances. The experience concludes with Sikarni (Sweetened Yoghurt Cream) and Ilam tea before your return transfer to your hotel.
