Everest Base Camp Trek from Lukla:
Day 01: Trek from Lukla (2,826m) to Phakding (2,610m, 3 to 4 hours)
Day 02: Phakding to Namche Bazar (3,444m, 5 to 6 hours)
Day 03: Namche Bazaar - Acclimatization Day. Hike to Everest View Hotel (3,865m) to take the first peek of Mt Everest (2 to 3 hours)
Day 04: Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,870m, 5 to 6 hours)
Day 05: Tengboche to Dingboche (4,410m, 5 to 6 hours)
Day 06: Dingboche - Acclimatization Day. Hhike to Nagajung Peak (4,600m, 3 to 4 hours)
Day 07: Dingboche to Lobuche (4,920m, 5 to 6 hours)
Day 08: Lobuche to Gorakshep (5,160m, 3 to 4 hours), then to Everest Base Camp (5,365m) and back to Gorakshep (3 to 4 hours)
Day 09: Morning hike to Kala Patthar (5,545m) for a great view of Mt Everest and back to Gorakshep in the early morning (3 hours), then trek to Pheriche (4,200m, 4 to 5 hours)
Day 10: Pheriche to Namche Bazaar (3,444m, 6 to 7 hours)
Day 11: Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2,826m, 6 to 7 hours)
