Hike to the Pumdikot Shiva Statue on this guided tour from Pokhara. Enjoy a boat ride, visit the World Peace Pagoda, and take in views of the Annapurna range and Pokhara Valley.
Start your adventure with a 15-minute boat ride from Lakeside to the base of Anadu Hill. Then, hike for about 1 hour up stone steps to reach the World Peace Pagoda.
Continue uphill for another 45–60 minutes through rural villages and forests to reach the Shiva statue. Take in the 360-degree panorama of the Annapurna range, Dhaulagiri, and the entire Pokhara Valley.
Admire the Pumdikot Shiva Statue, which sits on a 57-foot pedestal (total height of 108 feet), making it one of the tallest in Nepal. It is surrounded by 108 Shiva lingas and the largest Damaru in Asia.
Explore the Kumar Parvati Sumeru Parvat, a newly developing park area featuring models of Mount Sumeru and statues of other deities. Finally, hike back down the same way from the top back to Pokhara.
