Pickup Service
We offer direct pickup from the lobby of hotels located in the historic center of Cusco.
Clients should wait at the reception area or main entrance of their hotel 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. It is important to be ready and keep your phone available for any necessary coordination.
Our guide or driver will arrive punctually and ask for the reservation name at reception. They will identify themselves with an official VIP TRAVEL PERU uniform or badge.
If the accommodation is located on a narrow street or in an area without vehicle access, we will coordinate a nearby and specific meeting point in advance, which will be sent via WhatsApp the day before the tour.
If the hotel is located outside the urban area of Cusco, an additional fee may apply or a central meeting point will be arranged in advance.
