Begin your adventure with a pickup from selected areas in Downtown Monterrey or San Pedro Garza García. Meet your guide and group, then head toward Galeana. During the drive, listen to a general introduction to the experience, the flow of the day, and key safety recommendations.
Once you arrive, organize the group, review the descent logistics, and get ready for the vertical activity. From the top, appreciate the contrast between the semi-desert landscape and the turquoise water far below.
Then, begin the most exciting part of the adventure: rappelling down into Pozo del Gavilán. This vertical descent gives you a truly unique perspective of the formation.
Once at the bottom, enjoy the setting, rest, take photos, and admire the turquoise water from inside the cenote. Afterward, begin the ascent process to get out of the cenote. This part takes patience, energy, and careful attention to the guide team’s instructions.
Finish the technical portion, organize the group, and start the return trip. The adventure wraps up at around 7:00 PM.
