From Cusco: Sun Route to Puno with Lunch

Start your adventure from Cusco at 6:10 a.m. Our comfortable bus will depart from Cusco to begin a tour filled with history, culture, and incredible scenery.

7:40 a.m. – Andahuaylillas: the “Sistine Chapel of the Americas”
Our first stop will be at the Church of St. Peter the Apostle in Andahuaylillas, a 16th-century gem known as the “Sistine Chapel of the Americas.” Admire its impressive frescoes and gold leaf details, built on the site of an ancient Inca sacred space.

10:15 a.m. – Raqchi: The Temple of Wiracocha
We’ll visit the fascinating archaeological complex of Raqchi, recognized as one of the “Best Tourist Towns.” Here, we’ll explore the imposing Temple of Wiracocha, with massive walls up to 15 meters high that reflect the grandeur of Inca engineering and spirituality.

11:35 a.m. – Flavors of the Andes
Enjoy a delicious traditional Andean lunch, featuring options of beef, chicken, fish, side dishes, salads, desserts, and herbal teas.

2:15 p.m. – Abra La Raya
We’ll arrive at Abra La Raya, the highest point of the tour and the natural boundary between Cusco and Puno. Here, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the Andes and take in the beauty of the high-Andean landscapes.

Finally, we’ll head to Puno and drop you off in the city center.
