• The Tourist Route covers approximately 3.5 km and includes around 800 steps, including about 380 steps at the beginning.
• The route reaches a depth of 135 meters underground.
• The temperature inside the mine is approximately 17–18°C throughout the year.
• Comfortable walking shoes and a warm layer are recommended.
• Only small bags up to 20 x 20 x 35 cm are allowed on the Tourist Route.
• Some chambers may occasionally be unavailable due to operational conditions.
Meet at the designated Kiss&Ride area at Wielopole 2, Krakow. Please wait directly at the Kiss&Ride pickup point and arrive 10 minutes before departure. Your driver or tour host will meet you there.
