Description

Designed for small groups to ensure a personal experience. Discover the Tatra Mountains, local traditions, enjoy a quad adventure, and optional shooting range training in Zakopane.
Your journey begins with a hotel pick-up in Krakow. Sit back and relax as we travel south toward the Zakopane region along one of the most scenic routes in southern Poland. Along the way, enjoy beautiful countryside views and your first glimpses of the majestic Tatra Mountains rising on the horizon.

Your first stop is the charming village of Chocholow, a UNESCO-listed wooden village known for its beautifully preserved highlander cottages. Step inside a local sculptor’s workshop, meet the artist, and see how locals keep centuries-old craftsmanship alive.

Next, get ready for an adrenaline-filled quad ride through the Tatra Mountains. Follow scenic mountain trails with an experienced guide, admire breathtaking landscapes, and enjoy the thrill of exploring the region off-road. No prior experience is required – a full safety briefing and waterproof will be provided. Rental of quads are not included

Along the way, we stop at a traditional shepherd’s hut (bacowka) to taste freshly grilled oscypek – a smoked sheep’s milk cheese and regional specialty. Served warm with cranberry sauce, it’s a true taste of the mountains.

The tour then continues to Zakopane, often called the winter capital of Poland. Enjoy some free time to relax and explore the town at your own pace. Stroll along the lively Krupowki Street, browse local markets, or take the Gubałówka cable car for panoramic views of the Tatra peaks. During your free time in Zakopane, you also have the option to visit a local shooting range with the guide and take part in a shooting training session under the supervision of professional instructors. This activity is available for an additional fee.

Finally, unwind in the warm, mineral-rich waters of Chochołowskie Thermal Baths, one of the largest thermal bath complexes in Poland. Relax in indoor and outdoor pools while admiring the surrounding mountain scenery before returning comfortably to Krakow with drop-off at your hotel.

During busy periods, we may visit Gorący Potok Thermal Baths instead, ensuring a more relaxed and enjoyable experience.
