Meet at the Highland Soap Company, near the old Inverlochy Castle. Get changed and receive a briefing before driving up to the start point.
We will give you a brief to keep you happy and safe on the river.
Once on the water, you will learn some skills to set you up for success, then start your journey down to the end point.

All kit can be provided. All you need to bring are closed-toed shoes (old trainers are best) that get wet, a swimsuit, and a towel.
