After making your booking, Passport details (or National ID for Sri Lankan citizens) are required for train ticket reservations and send us the passport numbers of all passengers through the GYG chat. Once we receive these details, we can proceed with processing your train ticket reservation.
Please note that we only accept bookings for train tickets released more than 30 days in advance. (For example, on July 23, tickets are available from August 23 onwards)
Train schedules are operated by Sri Lanka Railways and may be subject to changes. If Sri Lanka Railways makes a significant change to the confirmed departure time and the revised schedule is not acceptable, travellers may cancel their booking and receive a full refund.
Please do not book less than 30 days of travel. Due to the limited tickets and high demand, we are unable to accept last-minute bookings.
