Description
Enjoy a hotel pick-up from south coast areas and travel to Yala National Park. Spot leopards, elephants and wildlife on a jeep safari before returning to your hotel.
Your experience begins with a pick-up from your hotel in either the Hikkaduwa, Galle, Unawatuna, Thalpe, Habaraduwa, Ahangama, Koggala, Weligama, Mirissa, Matara, Thalalla, Hiriketiya, Tangalle or Hambantota areas. From there, relax on your drive to Yala National Park.
Upon arrival, you'll go on a safari drive by Jeep, keeping an eye out for local leopards and elephants in their natural habitat. Other indigenous wildlife that can be spotted in this park includes sloth bears, jackals, mongooses, spotted deer, buffalo, wild boars, sambhar and hare.
Now the most-visited park in Sri Lanka, Yala is also an important nature reserve for 50 species of butterflies and many species of birds. After the safari, travel back to your point of origin to be dropped off back at your accommodation.
