Colombo: Kandy Day Trip with Tooth Temple, Tea Factory Visit

Explore the sacred Temple of the Tooth in Kandy, surrounded by rich history. Complete your adventure with a visit to a tea factory, witness the art of tea-making and breathtaking hill country.
Begin the tour with the Hotel pickup from Colombo or Negombo.

Our Day journey starts at 6.am in the morning and you will get a nice air condition car or a van (Depend on the group size) and travel to Kandy.

On our way to Kandy, after 1. hours’ time will be stopping for the morning breakfast (Optional) for about 30 minutes and Then will be heading the Sri Lanka’s Traditional Ayurvedic Hebel Garden in Mawanella.

Visit the Bahirawa Kanda Temple. A mountain of 650 feet above the Kandy town and this remarkable location is of special significance to Buddhists. An 88-foot standing Buddha statue is seen on its summit, facing the Dalada Maligawa. (Optional)

Then we stop for lunch (Optional) at kandy with wonderful view point.
After lunch will stop in the Gem Museum and Factory and learn about its products and processes.

Visit Peradeniya Royal Botanical Garden (Optional)

After a long day trip, we stop at the final stop of our day tour, Words Famous No.1 Quality Ceylon Tea and Visit the Factory. You can witness a nice cup of a Ceylon tea and experience the quality of the taste.

Finally, will head back to the hotel to drop you where we started.
