Walking tour of the Semper Observatory
In the 1860s, the architect Gottfried Semper had the Swiss Federal Observatory built. Generations of researchers have peered into the vastness of space from here. Sunspots were studied from the cupola. On the walking tour, you will discover an architectural jewel in central Zurich and explore a piece of scientific history.
