Day 1: Arusha/Moshi – Tarangire National Park – Karatu
Begin your adventure with a morning pickup from your accommodation in Arusha or Moshi. Meet your professional safari guide and depart for Tarangire National Park. Enjoy a full-day game drive through a landscape famous for ancient baobab trees, large elephant herds, and the Tarangire River. Look for lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes, antelopes, and numerous bird species. Enjoy your picnic lunch inside the park before continuing the afternoon game drive. Later, drive to Karatu for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater – Moshi
After an early breakfast, travel to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend approximately 600 meters into the famous Ngorongoro Crater. Explore one of Africa's most remarkable wildlife areas, home to lions, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, hyenas, zebras, and the rare black rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch beside the crater before continuing your game drive. In the afternoon, ascend from the crater and drive toward Moshi for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Materuni Waterfall – Chagga Coffee Experience – Arusha/Moshi
After breakfast, drive to Materuni Village on the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro. Join a local guide for a scenic walk through Chagga farmland and lush vegetation to Materuni Waterfall. After enjoying the waterfall and surrounding scenery, return to the village for an interactive traditional coffee experience. Learn how coffee beans are harvested, dried, roasted, ground, and brewed while discovering more about Chagga culture and village life. After lunch, return to Moshi or Arusha, marking the end of your 3-day adventure.
