Originally used as a quarantine station and later as a prison, the island is now a sanctuary for giant Aldabra tortoises. These gentle creatures can live up to 150 years or more, and you’ll have the chance to interact with them, learning about their habitat, diet, and conservation status.
As you walk through the island, take in the lush vegetation, crystal-clear waters, and stunning views of the surrounding ocean.
