- Child tickets are based on height only and are valid for children under 106 cm. If your child is 106 cm or taller, please purchase an adult ticket.
- Seniors, pregnant guests, and guests with disabilities may enter free of charge by selecting the "Senior" ticket type. This ticket grants pool access only and does not include water slide access.
- Most water slides are accessible for children from 106 cm tall. The two most extreme slides, Aqualoop and Free Fall, have stricter requirements and may not be suitable for all guests.
- The park is open daily from 11:00am to 6:00pm, except on Wednesdays when the park is closed.
