Choose between three different wine experiences, depending on the type of tasting you prefer.
Option 1 – 5-Wine Tasting: Enjoy a tasting of five wines produced by the winery: Viognier white, Pinot Noir rosé, Merlot, Tannat Merlot, and Tannat. The wines are accompanied by peanuts and dried fruits.
Option 2 – Wine & Local Cheese Pairing: Begin with a guided visit through the vineyard and winery, learning about the property, its wines, and the winemaking process. Afterwards, enjoy a tasting of four wines carefully paired with excellent cheeses produced in the Colonia region.
Option 3 – Premium Wine & Local Food Pairing: Enjoy a guided visit through the vineyard and winery followed by a tasting of four wines. The tasting is accompanied by a generous selection of local cold cuts and cheeses, homemade bread, breadsticks, artisan crackers, dried fruits, organic cherry tomatoes, marinated olives, extra virgin olive oil, and red fruit jam.
The experience offers visitors the opportunity to discover Uruguayan wine in a relaxed countryside setting while learning about local wine production and the flavors of the Colonia region.
