Discover Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, famous for its sandstone pillars and scenery associated with the floating mountains in Avatar. Choose a 4-day park ticket with different mountain transport options, or book a private guide-only service if you already have your own tickets. Inclusions vary by option. Check the selected option carefully before booking.
The Avatar Route option includes 4-day park admission, park shuttle buses, one Bailong Elevator ride, and one Tianzi Mountain Cableway ride. Both rides may be used in either direction.

Follow the classic route by taking the Bailong Elevator up to Yuanjiajie, continuing to Tianzi Mountain, and descending by cableway. Alternatively, travel in reverse by taking the Tianzi Mountain Cableway up and descending from Yuanjiajie by the Bailong Elevator. Each service may be used once only; round trips and additional rides are not included.

The basic 4-Day Park Ticket includes park admission and shuttle buses. It does not include the Bailong Elevator, mountain cableways, or the Ten-Mile Gallery sightseeing train. Additional transport tickets may be purchased separately, subject to availability.

The Four Mountain Rides option includes 4-day admission, shuttle buses, and one ride each on the Bailong Elevator, Tianzi Mountain Cableway, Yangjiajie Cableway, and Huangshi Village Cableway. Each service may be used once. The rides cannot be exchanged for extra rides on another service.

The 4-Day Unlimited Mountain Transport Pass includes admission, shuttle buses, and unlimited rides during the confirmed validity period on the Bailong Elevator and the Tianzi Mountain, Yangjiajie, and Huangshi Village cableways. The Ten-Mile Gallery sightseeing train, VIP or express access, and unlisted transport are not included.

Private guide-only options are available in English, Russian, and Spanish for travelers who have arranged their own admission and transport tickets. Meet your guide at the agreed park entrance.

During the confirmed service hours, your guide will help plan a route, explain the main sights, and assist with navigation and transfers inside the park.

Guide-only options include guide service only. They do not include park admission, shuttle buses, elevators, cableways, sightseeing trains, hotel transfers, private transportation, food, drinks, or personal expenses.

For ticket options, provide the required passport information for every traveler after booking. It must match the original passport presented at the entrance.

Routes and transport are subject to weather, maintenance, crowd controls, capacity limits, and official decisions. The park involves considerable walking, steps, slopes, and uneven paths.

If the entire park is officially closed due to severe weather, you will receive a full refund. Rain, fog, poor visibility, partial closures, or the suspension of one transport service do not automatically qualify for a full refund if the main booked service can still be provided.
