A circular route that takes in some of the most iconic wonders of the Alpe Devero (1631 m). The route starts from the mountain pasture and reaches the picturesque village of Crampiolo (1767 m), with its characteristic wooden huts and flower-filled meadows, before skirting the emerald waters of the evocative Lago delle Streghe (approx. 1760 m), surrounded by larch woods and legends. The climb continues towards the open pastures of Alpe Sangiatto (approx. 2000 m), until you reach the peaceful and panoramic Laghi di Sangiatto (2007 m), alpine lakes set in a landscape of extraordinary beauty.
A varied and rewarding day trip through unspoilt nature, picture-postcard scenery and authentic atmospheres, suitable for those who want to discover the essence of the Devero Alps. Technical details: Length: 9 km Elevation gain: approx. 500 m Difficulty: E - Hikers. Short route alternating moderate climbs with steeper sections, without technical difficulties.
