Leave the resorts behind and dive into one of the Dominican Republic’s most beautiful natural treasures: Catalina Island. This full-day sea adventure starts with a comfortable air-conditioned pickup directly from your hotel in Punta Cana, Bávaro, Uvero Alto, or Bayahibe.

After a short ride to La Romana port, board a modern catamaran or speedboat (depending on group size and sea conditions) and set sail across turquoise waters toward the island.

Your first stop is the famous “The Wall” – a spectacular underwater cliff that drops dramatically, creating a snorkeling paradise teeming with colorful tropical fish, corals, rays, and sometimes even sea turtles. All snorkeling gear is provided and sanitized, plus the crew gives a quick safety briefing and stays in the water with you the entire time. Beginners feel completely safe, while experienced snorkelers can explore deeper sections.

After about 75-90 minutes of snorkeling, continue to Catalina’s pristine white-sand beach – one of the most photographed in the entire Caribbean. Here you have roughly 3 hours of pure relaxation: swim in calm shallow waters, sunbathe on loungers, play beach volleyball, or simply swing in a hammock under palm trees.

A delicious Dominican beach buffet is served right on the sand: grilled chicken, pork, fresh fish, rice, beans, tropical salads, fresh fruits, and unlimited ice-cold drinks from the open bar (President beer, Brugal rum, cocktails, soft drinks, juice, and water). Vegetarian options are always available.

On the way back, the catamaran turns into a floating party – Caribbean music, dancing, and more drinks until you reach the mainland. Then, transfer safely back to your hotel, arriving between 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM depending on your pickup zone.
