Begin at Aix’s grandest fountain, crowned by statues of Justice, Agriculture and Fine Arts, then stroll the legendary Cours Mirabeau. Beneath the shade of plane trees, pass 17th- and 18th-century mansions and historic cafés, and hear tales of Cézanne, Zola and the famous Café des Deux Garçons.
