Be sure to bring:
Shorts or a bathing suit for the more adventurous (the water in the rivers can reach knee height).
A windbreaker or light jacket (the wind often blows in the bay!).
Environmentally-friendly sunblock.
The connoisseur's secret: A small towel and a bottle of water to easily rinse and wipe your feet before putting your shoes back on at the end of the activity.
