Day 1 – Arrival in Sofia, Bulgaria
Arrival at Sofia Airport. Meet and greet, followed by transfer to a 4★ spa hotel. Evening orientation and welcome dinner. Overnight Sofia.

Day 2 – Sofia City Tour & Transfer to Devin Spa Region
Morning guided tour of Sofia: Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, Boyana Church (UNESCO), and the Roman ruins of Serdica.
Afternoon drive to Devin (≈3 hrs), nestled in the Rhodope Mountains, known for its mineral-rich waters.
Overnight Devin in a 4★ spa hotel.

Day 3 – Devin Spa & Day Trip to Trigrad Gorge
Morning wellness consultation and start of personalized spa program (balneotherapy, mud therapy, or hydro-massage).
Afternoon visit to Trigrad Gorge and the Devil’s Throat Cave, one of Bulgaria’s most mystical natural sites.

Day 4 – Devin → Melnik (Wine & Relaxation)

Day 6 – Loutra Pozar Spa & Edessa Waterfalls

Day 7 – Thessaloniki Cultural Day
Transfer to Thessaloniki (≈2 hrs). Explore the White Tower, Rotunda, and Ano Poli (Old Town).
Enjoy seaside lunch at the promenade.
Evening transfer to a 4★ spa hotel near the Aegean coast for relaxation. Overnight Thessaloniki area.

Day 8 – Thessaloniki → Sandanski, Bulgaria
Drive back to Bulgaria via the Kulata border (≈3 hrs).
Arrive at Sandanski, a renowned balneo resort famous for treating respiratory and musculoskeletal conditions.
Afternoon wellness consultation and mineral pool session. Overnight Sandanski.

Day 9 – Day Trip: Melnik & Rozhen Monastery
Half-day excursion to Melnik and Rozhen Monastery, followed by free time in Sandanski.

Day 10 – Transfer to Bucharest via Ruse
Cross the Danube into Romania (≈6 hrs with breaks). Arrive in Bucharest, the vibrant capital known as “Little Paris.”
Evening city stroll and dinner. Overnight Bucharest.

Day 11 – Day Trip: Sibiu Spa Region (Cisnădioara)
Morning drive to Sibiu (≈4 hrs). Explore the historic center, the Bridge of Lies, and optional spa visit in Ocna Sibiului, known for its therapeutic salt lakes.
Farewell dinner in a traditional Romanian restaurant. Overnight Sibiu.

Day 12 – Departure
Transfer to Sibiu or Bucharest Airport for your flight home.
