Begin with an optional hotel pickup at approximately 7:00 AM. Depart from Zakynthos Town Main Port by luxury yacht and cross to Poros, Kefalonia, arriving at 9:00 AM. Be met by a fully air-conditioned coach to begin the island tour.
Visit Drogarati Cave, one of the most impressive cave systems in Greece. See a vast underground chamber filled with stalactites and stalagmites formed over millions of years. Discover the perfect acoustics where Maria Callas once performed a concert.
Next, head to Melissani Underground Lake, an extraordinary natural phenomenon. See a collapsed-roof cave with an underground lake. At midday, sunlight pours through the open roof and reflects off the crystal-clear water in a breathtaking display of color and light. Be rowed through the cave on a small boat.
Stop in Agia Efthimia, a romantic seaside village, for lunch at a tavern by the sea. Try local Kefalonian specialties at your own pace with approximately 1 hour of free time.
Continue to Argostoli, the capital of Kefalonia. Enjoy free time to stroll, explore, shop, or have a coffee in one of the many waterfront cafes.
Make a photo stop at Myrtos Beach, one of the most iconic views in all of Greece. Take in a dramatic clifftop panorama over the electric-blue bay and white pebble beach far below.
Time permitting, the route also passes through Sami and Lassi for panoramic views. The tour ends back in Poros at 6:00 PM. Return to Zakynthos by 7:00 PM.
