Embark on an unforgettable adventure in the heart of the lagoon, among pristine sandbanks, wild islets, coral reefs and turquoise mangroves. Throughout the tour, your captain will tell you the fascinating history of the area and help you observe the wildlife while respecting this delicate ecosystem. Several swimming and snorkeling breaks are planned to allow you to discover picture-perfect landscapes.

Your route:

Stop 1 — L'Îlet Blanc (without disembarking)
Discover a mysterious islet of white sand… that appeared in a single night. You'll learn about its incredible history and its key role in the reproduction of an endangered species.

Stop 2 — L'îlet aux Oiseaux (Bird Islet)
Head to a mangrove islet where many bird species nest. Observation and explanations of their behavior and distinctive features.

Stage 3 — Snorkeling at the shipwreck
First snorkel over a steel shipwreck of about 17 meters, just below the surface. For over 50 years, it has been home to a spectacular biotope, a true haven for a multitude of species.

Stage 4 — The coral reef
Get close to the barrier reef and learn how it protects the lagoon and is home to an abundance of marine life.

Stage 5 — The natural pool
A dream spot: shallow turquoise water (waist high), about 3 km from the coast, surrounded by small coral reefs. You can observe corals, anemones, tree sponges and tropical fish.

Stop 6 — Swimming in the coastal mangrove
Last swim in the middle of the lagoon: white sand bottom, turquoise water up to the knees... and yet in the middle of the mangrove. Before you get in the water, everything is explained so you can better understand this ecosystem and appreciate its richness.

Stage 7 — The Îlets du Carénage (from the boat)
Exploration of denser mangrove islets with a very special history. Observing the inhabitants from the boat.
