Continue to Lapangan Banteng, a historic public square and green park in Central Jakarta, located close to Istiqlal Mosque, Jakarta Cathedral, and the Ministry of Finance. Originally known as Waterlooplein during the colonial period, the area has played an important role in Jakarta’s history.

Finally, head to Pasar Baru, one of Jakarta’s oldest and most historic shopping districts, established during the Dutch colonial era in the 19th century. Walking through Pasar Baru, discover textiles, clothing, shoes, traditional products, Indian-influenced shops, local snacks, and Indonesian street food.
